Garlicky Beans and Greens

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 14 ounce cans white beans drained
- 6 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 cup broccoli roasted, small florets
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- 6-8 ounces artichoke hearts chopped, (I usually use a 6.5 ounce jar)
- 1 tsp salt
- .5 tsp red chili flakes
- slices of bread for serving

Instructions
- Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to large pan over medium-low heat.
- Add garlic and chili flakes and and cook for about two minutes, but make sure garlic doesn't start to burn.
- Add beans and stir well, mushing them up a bit with the back of the utensil.
- Add spinach, broccoli, salt, and artichoke hearts if using. You may need to add spinach in batches. Bring heat down to low and stir regularly for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in about half of the parmesan and remaining olive oil.
- Serve immediately with a big slice of a crusty loaf of baguette and garnished with remaining parmesan.
